Which kind of job applicant do you want to be? Why?

 In the first video, The interviewee was not understanding the questions that the interviewer was asking. Because of this, she couldn't answer the question to the best she can and the answer had nothing to do with the question. She was unprepared and should of practiced at least prior to the interview. In the second video, the interviewee was spot on with the interview. She give her answers with meaning and shows her strength and weaknesses. These are the aspects that the interviewer are looking for. Also when she didn't understand the question, she asked to specify the question. The first person should learn from the second.

Guest speaker

The guest speaker who came in to talk to us was  Andrew Otto, who worked at Wikipedia. His job was the back end of the website, so he can control the functionality of the community editing the website. We were able to ask Mr.Otto some questions based from his work place. We got some answers from his background and how he got to where he is right now. We should donate to Wikipedia since it's usually where we look at first.

Wbl #3

     In this wbl we talked about work safety. Mrs. Lopez did a great job of explaining how we should protect ourselves from selfish people at work. She explained how we shouldn't let be put in risk since we are still underage. How we should be treated with our rights as underages, also we should be doing our job( what we were hired to do) and if the person wants us to do things unrelated to our job we have the right to say no thank you.      This helps us since we can know when to protect ourselves from dangerous jobs and help out other students from a dangerous/unsafe worksite.
